Awensora Group LLC was formed in Virginia on 27 July 2026. Within a month we had a TikTok Shop. This is what the review asked for and how we split the work between people and agents.

## What the reviewer wants

A marketplace does not review a business model. It reviews whether there is a real company, a real person behind it, a real address, and a real bank account. For a US LLC that meant:

- the Articles of Organization and the state's certificate;
- a government ID of the owner, front and back;
- a bank statement in the company's name, recent;
- a company name, address and contact that match across all of the above.

Every document above already lived in one folder, next to a single master record that lists the legal name, formation date, entity ID and address. That master record exists precisely so that forms get filled from one source and never disagree with each other.

## What an agent did

Assembled the package. Reading the master record, picking the right files, checking that names and addresses matched across documents, and writing the plain-language description of the business. Boring, exact, and the kind of thing that goes wrong when a tired human does it at midnight.

## What only a person did

Uploading the ID, signing, and answering the identity checks. Those are the reviewer's way of making sure a person exists and consents, and we would not want an agent to pretend otherwise.

## After approval

Being a shop is not the same as being wired in. Order polling, inventory push and label purchase need API keys, and the seller-developer route turned out to require an account manager we do not have. So the ERP takes TikTok orders from the Seller Center export for now, through the same intake path it will use once the keys arrive, and we are registering through the partner route in parallel.

If you review companies like ours: the paperwork is the same. The difference is only that, once the doors are open, most of the running is done by software we can show you.
